Shipping & Returns

1. Domestic Shipping Policies

We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours from our laboratory. We ship across India through premium courier networks (including Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees). Delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4 - 7 business days.
• Rest of India: up to 10 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

We provide free standard shipping for all orders containing cart values above ₹999. For cart totals under ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹99 is appended during the review step of checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase or before they are processed and dispatched by our warehouse, whichever is earlier. Once a package is shipped and tracking coordinates are generated, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately with your Order ID.

4. Return and Replacement Guidelines

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of botanical skincare formulations, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or swatched.

However, we will issue a replacement or refund credit if your package meets any of the following parameters:

• The formulations arrived broken, leaking, or physically damaged during transit.
• The wrong item or incorrect size was delivered.
• Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with proof (unboxing video or clear pictures of the damaged package) to our customer support.

5. Refund Policy and Timelines

Once a cancellation request or damage report is verified and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI wallet) processed via Razorpay.

The refund timeline is typically 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policy. Cash on Delivery (COD) order refunds will be issued to your bank account via UPI or net banking channels.
